Description: Our Malt Whiskey is truly one-of-a-kind, thanks to the unique barley used in its production. While many commercial farmers deemed it as low-yield, Wayne Cody saw the potential in its rich, unrefined flavor. Today, his sons carry on his legacy by growing and malting this barley on a field alongside Henry Road. The whiskey has a distinct aroma of apple blossom, honey, and toasted oats, and the flavors include notes of green apple, sugar cookie, seagrass, and sweet pipe tobacco. The mash bill is made of 100% heirloom malted barley and it is aged over five years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels, resulting in an alcohol content of 50%.
