For best results, tack fuse at a lower temperature to preserve the crisp silhouette and let each murrine stand above the surface.

Made of Oceanside COE 96 glass and compatible with other COE 96 glasses. Each bag contains seven murrine sticks. Each stick is 2 inches long, ready to be cut to your desired thickness with glass nippers. Exact weight varies (approximately 0.75oz). Each batch of Murrine Sticks are hand-pulled, so variations in diameter and pattern are part of their charm.

How to Cut Murrine Sticks with wheeled blade glass cutters:

• Be sure to wear eye protection when cutting glass.
• Sharper blades work better. If your blades are dull, rotate them to engage sharper edges.
• Use a container to catch the flying pieces.
• Lightly grab the Murrine stick with the cutting blades to hold position, then snap quickly to cut. Slowly increasing pressure can crush the glass instead of cutting it.
• Letting a finger on your left hand press against the lower blade (away from the cutting edge) can help to steady your hands, allowing you to cut more precisely and quickly. (See left hand in video).
