Is this panel rigid or does it flex?

FRP construction provides hard panel rigidity once cured and painted. It will not sag or rattle once properly mounted to factory points. Avoid contact with curbs or debris during parking — FRP can crack under direct impact, but normal road use will not flex the panel.

What prep and finishing should I do before installation?

Sand the surface with standard automotive sandpaper and apply your chosen automotive paint or clear coat system.
