Description - Insane 2 piece set from the 60s that includes a long sleeve crop top and a maxi skirt. The top opens up in the front. It has a hook like you'd see on a swimsuit with a tie on top. The skirt has an elastic waist. It has a slit that goes all the way to the waist. There are 2 snaps holding it closed. I cannot open up the snaps though. The fabric looks kind of like swim suit material but it is not stretchy. There is a thin layer of soft padding in the bust area.

The top did not fit my mannequin but it did work on her with the hook tucked in and just the tie. So if your bust is bigger than the measurements this might work for you too. Keep in mind that it did open up the center much more than when it's hooked.

Chest - 14" pit to pit but I think it can handle a bit larger bust because it's so open

Under Bust - 11" across, stretches to 13.5"

Length - 10.25"

Sleeves - 24.5" from shoulder seam

SKIRT:

Waist - 9.75" across, stretches to 14.5"

Hips - approximately 19" across

Length - 36"

Condition - The elastic on the sleeves is possibly not as springy as it once was but it does still have some stretch
