La Rosa, she is an absolutely unbelievable breathtaking super rare Laura Ashley made in the Republic of Ireland 1980s ball gown. She is made from the finest quality cotton which is slightly coated giving it a gorgeous light sheen.

La Rosa is truly a spectacle to behold. She is an iconic piece from Laura Ashley's 1980s bo peep collection and is a true collector's piece indeed. She has a triple layered skirt, ruffles galore and bow features. Her bodice is boned with a big ruffle neckline and more bow features.  This piece is the ultimate gothic ball gown and truly deserved to shine alone. The craftsmanship and quality in this piece is truly truly breathtaking. There is metres and metres of fabric in this beauty, giving her the best full skirt you have ever seen.

This girl measures to approx a UK size 6/8 - please see measurements below. Due to the amount of fabric in this beauty I recommend she is very fitted to the body.

La Rosa has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed on a 30 degree setting at home. She is in good vintage condition, she has some minor signs of wear including very faint fading around the very top of her bodice, so faint, my camera couldn't pick it up.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
