Description - One of a kind handmade dress from the 70s. It is high waisted with a cowl neck and 3/4 sleeves. The fabric is double knit and it has a bit of stretch.  There is a metal zipper up the center back. It has an attached tie belt

High Waist - 13.5" across (measured 12.25" from shoulder), stretches to 14" or it can be cinched in smaller with the belt. 

Hips - approximately 21.5" across

Length - 39"

Condition - There is a small brown spot on the belt as well as a pin size spot on the front just below the waistline.
