This limited edition linocut is a depiction of my mother lovingly wrapping dumplings or jiaozi for our family. This is a skill I have yet to master! This little kitchen scene is inspired by the hands that cook us our food. 

Each print is based upon an observational sketch. The drawing is transferred to traditional linoleum and hand carved and printed with non toxic inks. It is printed onto beautiful Kozo washi paper from Awagami Factory.
