For this Bedroom Confidence workshop, we will be using the lens of the five senses - sight, touch, sound, taste, and smell - to discover how you can enhance your pleasure and connect more deeply in intimate situations with yourself and others. Whether you’re single, partnered, or exploring, this event is all about helping know yourself better and feel confident when it comes to intimacy.

- How to explore and understanding your own turn-on and offs
- Figure out your boundaries and how to communicate your desires without feeling awkward
