This RARE round fruit, although relatively little known has a rich aromatic and delicious flavour. The fruit is the size of an orange and has a dull green surface with perfectly textured pulp. The tough skin allows it to be handled easily and makes it resistant to insect attack. The seeds separate easily from the luscious perfectly textured pulp. The fruit has a delicious pineapple- banana flavour. 

This is a 50cm seedling and grows to 10m in the ground. Suits tropicals and subtropical climates only. Self pollinating, not frost tolerant.
