Its used in savoury recipes, deserts, confectionary and herbal teas. The main essential oil isolate in cinnamon myrtle is elemicin, which is also a significant flavouring component in common nutmeg. Cinnamon myrtle can also be used in floristry. Currently 40cms tall.
