Subtle red fruits meet savoury elements. Layers of pomegranate, watermelon, raspberries and ruby grapefruit combine with the subtle sweet spice of cinnamon and nutmeg. Floral notes of rose petal and violets provide lift and energy.

The palate is highly textural, contoured and layered. There is flesh with vibrancy through the middle. Gentle spice surrounds the outside, whilst the core is centred again on watermelon, dehydrated cranberries and orange flesh. Bright acidity draws all elements in symmetry, creating an expressive and dynamic palate.

This wine pairs well with pork, shellfish, spicy food lean fish and appetizers and snacks.
