Manila ClamsLive Manilla Clams are small, sweet, with deep, wide bars of colour over a finely ridged shell. Our Manilla clams are basket grown in BC by a small scale Shellfish Guild comprising 8 family farms. Each member produces top quality shellfish, with a positive environmental impact due to growing an incredible variety of oysters, mussels and clams. The clams are grown on intertidal beaches between the islands and harvested by hand during low tides.
