Useful Tip: Use a sheet of A4 paper to approximately represent the internal footprint of the box (31.5cm × 23.5cm) to test your products. This works well for rigid items such as boxed products or glassware, and for soft items that require folding. Use a ruler to confirm the internal height of 6.5cm.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high-quality paper covering.

• 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with 160gsm natural kraft paper.
• No lamination.
• No sticky corners.
• Natural kraft boxes have an extra inside front and back closure flap to keep the box fully and firmly assembled.
• Tuck-in tab on front closure to keep products secure.
• No magnets for full recyclability.
• No ribbon or tab loop.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

How Do I Know if My Products Will Fit Inside the Gift Box?

The easiest way to confirm the fit is to order a single sample box. Alternatively, cut a piece of paper to the internal box dimensions and place your products on it to check whether they fit comfortably within the footprint. Use a ruler to measure the product height.

Do You Supply Packaging Materials for Inside the Gift Boxes?
