Ingredients: hydrolysed collagen from fish, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural orange flavour, sodium hyaluronate (low molecular weight), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinic acid amide (niacin), zinc picolinate (zinc), D-biotin.

Biotin, zinc, niacin and riboflavin help maintain healthy skin.

Zinc and vitamin C help protect cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet dissolved in a glass of cool water (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Collagen amino acid profile:

The physiological form of hyaluronic acid in which it occurs in tissues is its sodium salt.
- sodium hyaluronate, although hyaluronan is often abbreviated as HA
– hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronan exhibits unique physicochemical properties. Its negative charge allows it to form numerous bonds with water molecules. One gram of hyaluronan can bind up to 6 litres of water.

Water constitutes about 60% of an adult's body weight, and HA holds a significant portion of this water in the body. More than half of the body's hyaluronan reserves are located in the skin, determining its elasticity, hydration, and desired structure, as well as ensuring the transport of ions and nutrients and creating a flexible liquid matrix with which collagen fibres connect and elastin.  

After oral administration, HA reaches the skin regardless of its form, but absorption is facilitated by depolymerization (low molecular weight). HA used in cosmetics usually does not reach the level of the dermis, the moisturizing effect affects only the epidermis and is the result of the formation of at the site of application of the occlusive layer, which usually disappears after a few hours.
