Chichicastenago --- Two panel corte or tube skirt worn by women in Chichicastenango in the Mayan Highlands of Guatemala.  Randa in pretty good condition.  Black or very dark brown background with other colors in the pattern. Likely synthetic material with cotton jaspe stripes. Overall condition is good but not quite perfect (nqp) with one 3" x 4" rip near randa.  Removing the section of the skirt with the rip would make a piece of material about 88" wide (warp). Priced accordingly.   Dimensions 30" long (weft) by 46" x 2 = 92" wide (warp).  Weight 1.25 lbs.
