Uncanny X-Men 201 is a comic book issue that introduces the character of Cable. The issue begins with the Starjammers, a group of space pirates, rescuing Professor X from the Shi'ar Empire. The X-Men are also present, and they help the Starjammers escape. However, the Shi'ar are not far behind, and they launch an attack on the Starjammer's ship. During the attack, a baby is born to Cyclops and Jean Grey. The baby is named Nathan Christopher Charles Summers, but he is better known as Cable. Cable is destined to become a major player in the X-Men universe, and his first appearance in Uncanny X-Men 201 is a major event.
