Dorper is a collaboration project from winemaker Reg Holder. Reg spent his formative years making Burgundy in Beaune, so his approach is all about the terroir (Soil, elevation etc). This wine is made to celebrate this, so fruit is selected at different stages of ripeness from three select sites. The wine is naturally fermented in old oak. A South African Burgundy.
