We've trimmed down a favorite split-bedroom floor plan and a popular exterior look with gables, special windows, and a touch of brick to create the perfect home for narrower lots. Vaulted and nine-foot ceilings throughout the first floor create volume and spaciousness. Another vaulted ceiling adds extra finesse to the master bedroom, while the private bath includes a double bowl vanity, walk-in closet, and an enclosed toilet. Two bedrooms, a full bath, and a skylit bonus room are located upstairs. The front bedroom is accented by a cathedral ceiling that sets off a pair of windows topped off by a half round.
