Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Late Harvest Dry Curaçao is a citrus liqueur from Maison Ferrand that builds on their classic Dry Curaçao recipe, combining a cognac and brandy base with late-harvest yuzu. The yuzus are sourced from Morocco and picked late in the season, when the fruit develops more concentrated oils and sweeter, pastry-like aromas.

Production follows traditional curaçao techniques. Whole yuzu fruit is macerated in grape spirit before being distilled, with the resulting distillate blended with a touch of yuzu infusion, vanilla, brandy and Ferrand Cognac.

Bright and aromatic, the liqueur has vivid yuzu citrus with notes of candied peel, vanilla and gentle spice.
