Fun fact: the Ulysses Swallowtail’s wingspan can reach up to 14 centimetres, and when sunlight hits them, the scales refract light to create that striking blue — no pigment required, just natural iridescence. You could say it’s Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, but make it butterfly.
