Tasting Note

Don't let anyone tell you that Beaujolais doesn't age! This is outstanding, mature Gamay with polished sideboards, with a perfumey note. The palate is delightful, open with mature fruit - think dried orange zest, very ripe strawberries with a leafy note too. The palate is delicate, light, mature with exceptionally soft tannin and a mature finish.

Producer

Dominique Piron’s family has been growing grapes in Beaujolais since the 16th century, with Dominique taking over the custodianship in 1971.
