Magnesium L-Threonate:  An absolute favorite for children with ADHD is Magnesium L-Threonate, because it can cross the blood-brain barrier and deliver magnesium directly to the brain. As you can imagine, this is really helpful for kids/adults with ADHD. This type of magnesium is great for supporting brain health and cognitive function and helping kids/adults relax. 

Quercetin (95% Flower Extract from Sophora Japonica):  Extracted from the Sophora Japonica flower, Quercetin is a wonderful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that neutralizes free radicals in the body to ensure proper cell function and increase immunity and balances the immune system.
