Their presence and strength is known and unquestioned from Halifax to Vancouver, with one important exception - the Sixers have no chapters in Ontario, the richest market in the country. The head of the Montreal Chapter, sees a golden opportunity in Ontario and wants to grab it, but knows that any move to expand into this fresh territory will be met with fierce opposition from the multitude of independent gangs already operating there. Although he is not afraid of a fight, he realizes it will be hard to win. The choice of the man to head the Toronto Chapter, therefore, is critical. During this time, biker Bob Durelle is at the height of his power but events soon spiral out of control, leaving him overwhelmed. The Sixers’ International President is assassinated in his presence, fellow Sixer Roots Racine (Dan Bigras) conspires to undermine him, former friend Ross Desbiens opens a rival outlaw motorcycle club, and Bob's wife Karen (Marina Orsini) betrays him to the police. The climatic confrontations lead to chaos and bloodshed - and one man is left standing.
